SBIDC's flagship business training program is Plan for Growth, a multi-week, cohort-based business management and leadership program designed for manufacturers, makers, and creative entrepreneurs in Southwest Brooklyn. Over 150 businesses have graduated from Plan for Growth since its inception in 2016.
For a reduced fee, businesses have weekly access to expert instructors and practitioners in the fields of leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, sales, and management. Plan for Growth is funded by NY State Empire State Development through its Entrepreneurship Assistance Center program.
