Class     Dates/Times

Thur, Oct 22 Virtual Introductory Session

     1️⃣    Tues, Oct 27 (9a-3p) Build the Foundation 🧱

Before you can grow your market, you need to know exactly where you stand. Let's kick off by digging into your current marketing efforts, goals, and challenges and introducing the program framework (covering everything from Brand to Tactics, KPIs to Systems & Processes) you'll use to build your own plan for execution.

     2️⃣     Thur, Oct 29 (9a-3p) Practice the Framework 🛠️

Get your reps in. Working in groups with peer entrepreneurs, you'll apply the marketing planning framework to a case study business based on a real success story and come away with tangible takeaways to iterate on and adapt to your own business.

     3️⃣     Tues, Nov 3 (9a-1p) Build Your Plan 🎯

Now it's your turn to get in the lab. Apply what you've learned to your own business, mapping your customers, goals, and strategies into a marketing plan that's repeatable, realistic, and ready to put to work. Along the way, receive 1:1 coaching from the instructor and feedback from peers so you develop a blueprint that's been stress-tested, not just drafted.

     4️⃣      Thur, Nov 5 (9a-1p) Present, Refine, Commit 🎤

Bring your plan to life. Present your completed marketing framework to instructors and peers, refine it with their targeted feedback, and leave with a clear operational roadmap to keep you accountable long after the program ends.
