Plan For Growth
SBIDC partnered with Industry City’s Innovation Lab and JP Morgan Chase Foundation to present Plan for Growth, a new business education course. Plan for Growth focuses on how to scale your business responsibly while maintaining your business identity. Businesses create a strategy to leverage current business infrastructure, and then learn how to implement an individualized plan for growth. Additionally, businesses develop a long-term vision that includes systematized operations, self-managed teams and strong leadership.
Plan for Growth is a twelve-week workshop series coordinated by Ask Holly How Consulting. Workshop topics include accounting, human resources, financing, supply chains and distribution, marketing, branding, leadership, organization culture, and more!
The cohort model provides a creative space for participants to express new ideas with confidence. In addition to twelve workshops, participants receive private consulting sessions from Holly to discuss their specific issues. Lastly, the new business community Plan for Growth fosters creates a lasting space to share solutions.
