New Program: Procurement Access & Youth Development (P. A. Y. D.)
P.A.Y.D. is an innovative direct service program that will simultaneously address business and youth needs that have long gone underserved by existing programs. Through assistance in bid preparation, bid searching, pricing, presentation, and certification, P.A.Y.D. provides businesses with the FREE one on one support needed to compete for government and private contracting opportunities. In turn, businesses will be able to grow and employ disconnected youth in quality positions created from successful contract awards. This program will focus on the business located in the Sunset Park, Red Hook and Gowanus neighborhoods. Click here for more info...
